Bait is worthless in my experience. There's a few posts here i've made to describe the easiest way i found to hunt a panther. do a search in the forums or IM me and i can give you the run down. respawn timers, pick what's there, leave for 2 or 3 in-game days to do something else and go back for more after. unless your talking about the Beta online version your horse has 5 outfits, like @Foxtrot said you don't need to bother changing outfits. I wore 2 outfits during both play-throughs, didn't bother changing for cold or hot climates, just have to eat more to keep your health core full.

You've fully completed the first 3 missions? to finish Old Friends You've done this? You have the yellow marker for The Aftermath Of Genesis showing? Chapter 1 missions are all in sequence, you can't skip a part of a previous missions and still do the next. So either you're glitched and need to do as @Foxtrot said and reboot the console to clear the cache, or you didn't fully finish Old Friends. I don't believe they're timed, like must be daytime to show the mission marker like some as don't think there's a way to camp in chapter 1 to advance time, the camp option is greyed out if I recall correctly.

RIA has good reviews, i like the grips, really like the grips. was looking last night to see if i can get similar for my taurus G2c lol Unless i drive a couple hours to the "city" here we're stuck with what the local FFL can order, that's one reason i've been getting Taurus, he gets a great deal on them, and since we use him to order all the guns for our banquets (usually 14 give or take) he cuts me and the other committee members a good price. You're mention of the M1A reminded me of the .303 British. I bought a damaged .303 British from a pawn shop for my father after i blew his .303 up with a reloaded round. The .303 has a shoulder gap issue with 90% of the rounds you buy, if you reload, like we do, after the first shot the brass has a high possibility of separating just above the rim, at the bottom of the powder chamber as there's a couple millimeters of space between the shoulder and the barrel. When this happened while i was shooting the rifle it blew the firing pin back into my cheek, I had an imprint of it for a week or so. So I bought a "parts gun" for dad to use to fix his. Stock on the parts gun i got was cracked, pawn shop sold it to me for dirt cheap. Dad used the parts from it to fix his rifle, then went online and found the parts needed to fix up the "parts gun". he gave me the "parts gun" after he fixed both rifles, it's still at my parents house. Totally forgot about that one on my list. I've never been a big fan of the M1A, i do love the M1 carbine though, that's my next rifle

Agreed! it took me 4 months playing 3 or 4 hours a day on average, to get to chapter 6. by that time i had everything done that could be done without exploiting the game to get Arthur to New Austin. I don't play for exploits or cheats, I find no fun in them. When i was finished with everything extra i rushed through the last few missions left in chapter 6 to see the end of the story line and get into the epilogue to finish the few extras there. I loved the graphics, the scenery, that was my favorite part, exploring and hunting and enjoying how much time they spent on the graphics. I'll 2nd that!

exactly, i also posted from an article on this earlier. Rockstar said the GTA5 story mode was really really complete, they see no need to add to it, their focus on GTA has been only GTAO. I think they'll do the same with RDR2, it's more complete i think than GTA5, being a prequel that leads up to RDR. Their whole focus will be RDR2 Online, and whatever they're working on for the next game. I seriously doubt we'll see anything DLC for RDR2 story mode. the last couple patches they did were solely for Online.

I haven't. I tend to stick with names i know and trust for my toys of death. I went out on a limb for my PSA AR15, but only cause my brother has a few of them in various calibers. He got a .308 a few weeks before i ordered my .223. His .308 kicks about as much as i'd expect this .223 to kick. His 6 yr old shot it from their deck, using a bipod on the railing in standing position. he fired it 3 times and wanted to shoot it more. If that would have been my Remington .308 my nephew would have been imprinted in the wall about 10 ft behind him lol. I'll have to look at RIA, never heard of them before. Just looked at RIA. same prices as Taurus, and I love the look of the grips on their pistols. Have to see if the FFL here can order one for me, if not i think i'll go with Taurus for the price.

pretty much what people have said in music post about 5 or 6 posts down To elaborate on my post there (since i'm bored at work sitting in a conference call with nothing better to do for an hour) got my first casette player when i was 6 or 7, but my parent's regulated what music we could listen too. So from then until i got my first cd player wow in 1985 or 1986 it was classic rock (wasn't called classic back then, it was just older) all we could buy locally for cd's at that time in the small town i grew up in were country. So i did the country phase for a few years, but listened to the top hits in pop on the radio, if we could get the station to come in clear enough to listen. Back then the earth had to be perfect in rotation, the clouds just right, the wind blowing our way from the station to help the radio waves, etc. In High school when the local store expanded it's music and video selection, my best friend got me hooked on EDM, but it wasn't called EDM back then. We had techno either House or Trance. 3 AM, The Shaman, and KLF were some of my favorites that spring to mind from back then. Moved out of my parents at 18 to go to college (2 hour drive south) and got to listening to hard rock. Alice n Chains, Poison, Aerosmith, etc. did that for a few years, then went to pop, listened to pop for probably a decade or more. At that time it was all just background music for me rather than listening to enjoy the music. Something to fill the silence. Then i got satellite radio 12 or 13 years ago. Every car radio i've had since then have all had 6 programmable buttons for 12 stations, i'm to lazy to program more than 6 so to this day my station list i cycle through is BPM (EDM music) Diplo (More EDM, Diplo is an amazing DJ that his own station on Sirius/Xm) Hair Nation (big hair rock bands from the 80s/90s) Top Hits (pop) Venus (i think it's called more top pop hits) Top Country station (don't remember the station name, it's only in my list for when my niece's and nephews ride with me, they're not allowed to listen to anything but country) Since we have favorite, here's what i can't stand also cRap, Opera, Classical, Blues, Jazz, country, soul, to many to name here so lets just say anything that is outside the scope of the first 5 radio stations above i don't like now.

That's a nice one. S&W was the first handgun I owned so i've been looking at their E series https://www.smith-wesson.com/firearms/sw1911-e-series But then also i love my Taurus 9mm so i've been debating between the S&W and the Taurus. Taurus has better prices and i really like the black and stainless look.

i will when i get one. My brother has 2, a special commerative edition his wife got him as an aniversary gift, then he bought another he could go shoot, and he has the reloading dies for it so i'll just steal those from him and be set

been there done that. I love the people that go to the unofficial shooting ranges around here and leave brass for me to collect last year there was an increase in .357/.38 special casings at my favorite shooting area. I won't have to buy any shells for years now, i collected over 400 casings after tossing some of the worse for wear ones out (including the 80 i shot over the summer). I already have a few pounds of powder in the garage and stocked up on bullets when they were on sale. Now i just need people to get using .308 and .270 rounds, i'm getting low lol

My family had a test to get your first gun. If you could lift and shoot dad's old Winchester WCF model 1894 25-35 (made 1918 if memory serves) with the octagon barrel, you were ready for your own gun. That beast is heavy! i had to wait till i was 8 to get my first gun. I say my first gun which really means we got to pick from Dad's rifles which one we would hunt with, minus what my brother picked before me. I chose my dad's .303 British. That was my hunting rifle from age 10 until 16 when i blew it up. The infamous case sizing issue the .303 suffered. I shot a reload i had done earlier that day and it split. I don't own any old west firearms. I have a few replica's in my collection if that counts . The family has a couple Old West guns, my brother inherited my great grandfather's Springfield Model 1873 45-70. Even got a box of paper cartridge shells with it. They're worthless now but really cool, if your a history buff like me maybe. Dad has a black powder rifle that as far as we can tell from his research is from 1840s. My uncle works for the BLM and found it out on a rock formation way out in the wild somewhere. was all rusted and the stock was pitted and weathered from hell. Who knows how many years it sat on that rock. Dad refinished it and it's a beautiful gun now. He was able to save the barrel, had to take it to a gunsmith to get it bored again though, stock was trashed, but we found a seller of the Curly Maple the original stock was made from. I think i spent as much time helping him hand sand that stock as i did on my black powder rifle. Stock is smooth as glass now, just beautiful. I'll have to take a picture of it when i visit them this weekend. My collection - Black powder 1861 Colt Navy revolver - .36 replica black powder 1848 Colt Police revolver - .32 Replica black powder CVA .50 cal. black powder rifle (kit gun i made when i was 13, just realized i've had this gun for 30+ years now) Rifles Winchester Model 60A .22 long rifle (inherited from my grandpa, made in 1943) Howa Hogue GamePro custom .270 Winchester (won at a Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation banquet, custom finish and engraving for the RMEF) Remington 700 Synthetic in .308 w/Nikko Sterling GameKing scope (love that scope, inexpensive but solid after hundreds of rounds, same scope on my .270) Remington 10/22 .22 cal. (my fun gun) PSA AR15 in .223/5.56 (my new fun gun. just got this one 2 weeks ago, haven't had a chance to shoot it yet) Handguns S&W 586 .357 Revolver (high School graduation gift) Taurus TCP 738 .380 (my first pistol, i hate this one, too small for my hands, probably end up selling it soon) Taurus G2c 9mm Ruger Blackhawk .357 Got 2 more guns i need to finish my collection. A shotgun so i have 1 of everything, and i've always wanted a Colt 1911. Not in a rush on the shotgun, I'll get my dad's eventually. Colts i want are spendy (i won't buy used unless it's from a trusted source, like family or my shooting buddies) so that one may take a while yet.

that's why i love this area. we may get 100+ for like a total of 2 weeks if that throughout the whole summer. I had to turn on the AC for 6 days last summer. usually we're high 80's low 90s, and winter time if we go by last year, average high 20's temp and 5ft of snow

Bug - horse gone. Not dead. Just gone.

all games have glitches. Ubisoft is one of the biggest names, so they get targeted more, but they're no worse than any other. -
No more rare than the white arabian. there's just 1 of each.

that's what i was thinking also. and the link takes you to youtube, then google drive. makes me skeptical, at least it's not dropbox or virusbox i should say.

So Arthur is a vampire also. i ran into the same lighting glitch in chapter 6 i think it was with him. maybe that's our next DLC - Arthur retuns as a vamp

LMAO YES!! i used to love the hunts. we'd go to the city park and they'd do age groups, then take an hour or so between to hide eggs for the next group. was so much fun. they had plastic eggs with numbers in them you'd take and match with a prize number if you found them. they quit doing that when i was in high school though I remember one time i must have been 5 or 6, i found a Robin's nest in a tree and though the robin eggs were easter eggs candies, popped one in my mouth and bit it. my grandmother was there, said i turned as green as the grass, spit the egg shells out, then ran around the tree and puked. just happened to puke on a plastic prize egg. they weren't too happy when i turned that one in I still haven't lived that down yet 40+ years later.

like @watery buffalo said it's a donation, does it really matter how much they gave? L'Oreal Paris and Kering are donating a combined 500 million euros, and the Bettencourt family matched that. what do you call a hundred thousand million? a trillion? yep i suck at math. Did they donate enough?

Which are you mostly playing right now?

I liked FC5, for what it was it was good. not as good as FC4, and no where near as fun as FC3 but i didn't mind it. AC i wasn't sure about Origins, but it turned out to be my favorite game in the series, so far. I love the open world aspect, and am really enjoying that with Odyssey. What i didn't really care for in both Origins and Odyssey is the stupid social media part having the world map showing all user photos, no way to set that to off by default, gets tedious when you log in for each play session and go to your map and have to turn of the idiot photos. Most players i've seen have no clue how to take a good photo lol oh look it's a rock on the ground! I gotta take a picture! Thing i like about the last 2 AC's is they go farther back into history, to the start of the Assassins, and then the 2nd generation (ish) with Odyssey.

make sure you take all the loot at each location, and map piece if there is one at that spot, if you skip part of the loot it won't give credit. Just to clarify the Explorer challenge is 1 map and 9 treasures, the treasures you get with each map piece count towards the 9 needed, there's a total of 12 treasures you can get for all of the treasure maps (excluding the extra map from the special and ultimate editions)
