I haven't seen it in large showdown for months, but I have seen it in small showdown. It sucks because I hardly ever do small showdown because I despise Make it Count!

I hate it when players don't actively try to help their team achieve the objectives of the game and are only interested in getting their own kill count to rise.

Normally you buy upgraded saddlebags, but it's currently bugged and not working.

I wash my horse with water all the time. It works, I can see the blood from pelts come right off. I've done it both on SP and online. The water has to be fairly deep though. I'd say at least up to the horse's belly. Since baths aren't available online, I'll go for a swim to clean my character off. A heavy rain will also clean you and your horse.

I don't know why it's such a big deal. You only really need 2 outfits, one for hot weather and one for cold.

My character is underweight right now. I need to eat like a pig.☺

I've started to see them on a regular basis at least once a night now.

You know, it's funny. Since the blip color change, I've been killed by more blue dots than red ones. Not that big of a deal since I just kill them right back and move on, but it's still annoying as hell! I can't wait till the implement the offensive and defensive flags. Of course griefers are always going to find new ways to grief, but at least R* is trying.

Found it. It was in state of the update on 3/18. It mentions restructured daily challenges that eliminate hostile gameplay in free roam.

I try to do those in a showdown series or free roam event. The other day though when one of the challenges was to kill 3 players with thrown weapons from horseback, I was struggling to complete that in said modes, I ended up completing it in free roam against unsuspecting players. It made me feel like dirt. Thankfully, iirc, R* said that when the big spring update hits, it will do away with those pvp based daily challenges.

The winter shotgun coat was only available last week. Don't know when or if it will ever be available again.

Yeah, mine isn't an outfit that I bought as one. It's separate articles of clothing that I pieced together and created a custom outfit with.

I'm still only in chapter 3 of single player. As soon as the online portion came out, all of my attention shifted towards that. In online, I'm level 125.

The honor bar seems to be acting a little funky as well. I'll be slaughtering farm animals for their meat and seemingly taking a bigger hit to my honor than usual, then as I'm still doing it, I'll get an honor bonus for resourcefulness and suddenly be back at max high honor.🤪

Here's what I use for a winter outfit that's actually rated for cold weather when you look at the outfit as a whole in your wardrobe. I have a sheepskin coat, wool shirt, buckskin vest, buckskin pants, moccasin boots and cutter hat. I always put this outfit on when I'm up in the mountains.

Same here. I love my explosive express rounds and explosive slugs. I'll use explosive express rounds(usually rifle), primarily against douchebags who kill me in free roam, to show them I'm not one to mess with. I like to use explosive slugs for the On The Hunt stranger missions to kill the animal I'm tasked with hunting in one shot since I don't have to worry about pelt quality.

Hawks can be found just about anywhere. Listen for the screech and keep your eyes on the skies.

Shotguns are badass, repeaters are wimpy.

I think it's just a visual bug. Happens to me too, both on my character and my horse.

Honestly it probably doesn't matter what horse you use for the race series. The BA doesn't seem to be faster than anyone else's horse. The probably made it so everyone's horse's stats are the same in the race series, that way newer players will have a chance. I just liked the look of the BA in the race.

Thus why it was free for PS4 players as well as the Red Chestnut Arabian. As soon as I was high enough level and could afford it, I ditched my RCA and alligator saddle for a Black Arabian and rattlesnake saddle. I also have a MFT. The MFT I use for regular free roam and the Black Arabian I use for race series. At some point I'll get a Turkoman as well, then I'll just need 2 other random horses to achieve th he award for owning 5 different horses.

I've been very unlucky. In the few challenges I've participated in so far, I've caught very few fish and I've been using the special spinner. I don't have this much trouble catching fish when I do it normally.

You say nothing because it's none of your God damn business how they play when it doesn't affect you! I hunt a lot. A majority of my time is spent hunting, both for eating and selling. I don't give a rat's ass if somebody would rather buy their food or get it for free from a donation bin. Hell I'll even volunteer to hunt for them. It will give me something to do. It doesn't bother me that they are "too lazy" to do it themselves. I couldn't care less for pvp. I'll only do it when I feel it is necessary or my friends want to go a few rounds. When the new anti griefing update hits I'll be going passive because I just don't want to deal with the sh*t even though I'm more than capable of doing so. Are you going to complain that passive players are "too lazy" to defend themselves too?
