Treasure maps are infinite. Not only can you occasionally get them from looting enemies, but you get them every 5 levels including beyond level 50. I'm level 192 and I still get them every 5 levels.

Technically the last day of summer is Sept 22nd so they have until then. A lot of people are starting to think it should come around August 6th when Rockstar releases their quarterly report.

No update for this week? It's always been revealed by noon on Tuesday. Went to Rockstar's website myself to look for it and nothing.😥

Every now and then I'll die trying to defend one of those camps. Their carbine repeaters do a crap ton of damage while your shots do little if you miss your headshot.

They'll work even better once you get them up to tier 3.😀

Here's another tip. Conserve deadeye by using it in short spurts. Shut deadeye off when you don't have a target immediately in your sights that you can lock on to.

Turkeys are easy to trample. They're slow and stupid. Another easy way to complete the trample daily is to trample fish in shallow water.

What @Vimes said. The fish has to be broken down first before you can cook it. You do 5his by going into your satchel, highlighting it and pressing X to break it down. Large fish like muskie and northern pike can't be broken down.

If you want to make deadeye last longer, the two best cards for that are unblinking eye and eye for an eye. Unblinking eye(blue card) slows down deadeye and eagle eye drains and eye for an eye(green card) restores some of the outer deadeye ring for every headshot kill. Also make and eat lots of thyme big game meat. That will give you a gold deadeye core.

I was predicting the update would hit sometime in July. Sadly that's looking a little naive now. I'll still play to continue to grind out cash and gold to prepare for what's next. There's also the possibility of picking up where I left off in single player. I stopped in chapter 3 when online came out and haven't been back.😊

And it doesn't look like it will be happening anytime soon since it says(and I'm paraphrasing here) "look for more info in the coming weeks including info on the summer update".

Sigh. Another disappointing Tuesday with no summer update and yawn inducing bonuses.😴

Last night my posse and I, led by @CandiceB79, were doing a kidnap mission for our good friends Tammy & Bray when one of the kidnap victims glitched out as he was being hogtied near the train tracks north of St. Denis. He somehow glitched underneath the tracks and it became impossible to pick him up. Finally after multiple attempts we were able to kill him and end the mission with two of the three hostages delivered.

That would work too. I was just mainly thinking of sharing items with you posse mates in a pinch like if you're in a shootout and you run out of ammo or you're bitten by a snake and you need a health cure.

That was a reference to Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. One of the misfit toys was a cowboy who rides an ostrich instead of a horse.🙂

I have Amazon Prime too, so I was going to do it. But it looks like even if you have AP, you still get charged a monthly fee for TP, unless I'm reading that wrong. If that's the case, then no thanks.

IMO, slippery bastard is cheating, not auto targeting. That's why it's become the meta for pvp games like spoils of war, plunder and up in smoke. I still miss plenty of shots going for headshots with auto targeting. Honestly I wish they would change the way headshots work. It should be a random chance with the more powerful weapons having a higher chance. I'm not afraid to admit that I need auto targeting because I'm not the best player in the world, but I'm not trying to be either. I just want to have fun. If they do end up doing separate lobbies eventually fine, as long as they don't do what they did with GTAO and lock more lucrative missions behind certain lobby types.

You're delusional if you think hardcore gamers aren't in the minority. I see very few players demanding free aim lobbies and this game, just like any other would not make any money if it focused on hardcore gamers rather than casual ones.

I would be interested in joining your posse. I'm level 167, I have a mic(I prefer to play in party chat) and I try to play at least a little every night. Right now I mostly play solo, though I do have a posse of my own when they're on( which is not often). I'll hunt, fish, do stranger and story missions and to a much lesser extent, free roam events and showdowns. I can hold my own in a shootout be it against NPC's or griefers. My gamer tag is the same as my username here, Vaderspupil.

Can't wait to remove the ugly acne from my character's face. When I made him, I didn't know about the advanced facial construction features. I chose one of the default ones.
