  1. ......there was no deadline for RDO.
  2. Did you submit a trouble ticket through Rockstar Support?
  3. You've created a thread with the exact same response. Just a reminder to please not spam. .....if that's your intention of joining here. Other than that, welcome.
  4. Never even heard of WOL. .....had to look it up. An $11 "slapstick comedy stick-figure wild west adventure" game. Yeah, quite the comparison there.
  5. When submitting via the feedback site / link, they don't send a response. ......only when submitting bug reports / trouble tickets via their Support site. The purpose of the feedback site is more like a suggestion box. The more popular an idea, the more likely R* will try to add, change, balance and/or remove certain things from the game.
  6. Personally, I would try a hard reset of the console first. If that doesn't work, then I might try messing with the audio settings (changing the settings back and forth to see if that makes a difference). IIRC, another player had a similar problem recently and a fellow mod suggested something similar (even unplugging the XB1 I believe). You can also contact R* Support here for assistance: https://support.rockstargames.com/categories/115001624507?redirect_lang=en_us&_ga=2.160769981.1626258482.1555179222-1719606522.1525287356
  7. Sounds like a wish list rather than a question. My suggestion? .....submit your requests via the Rockstar RDO Beta Feedback site here: https://www.rockstargames.com/reddeadredemption2/online/feedback?step=decd9bdb Regardless of the jokes and personal feelings some have on the subject, this is still a beta and R* has said there is much more to come in the months ahead. It won't all appear in one update or even on full release but RDO is a development in progress. If you like the game and want to see it grow, change, etc., continue to send in your ideas, suggestions, bug reports, etc. to that link I provided. ......and of course, you're also encouraged to share them here with the RDR2.org community as you like.
  8. Well, there ya go. They'll either be able to fix it on their end or include it in one of the patches which have been coming every Tuesday for the past month. .....although those weekly updates were supposed to be for 4 weeks and last Tues was the 4th one. .....which has me wondering if the Spring Update release and/or announcement might be coming next week but that's another topic for another thread.
  9. Did you use their Feedback page or their Support page? Yeah, bugs are going to be part if a beta regardless if some want to hear that it not. I wouldn't expect and answer over the weekend but 9 times out of 10 when I had a support ticket submitted they got back to me the same day. If you are not satisfied with the answer they provide (assuming you get an answer), you can also escalate your issue. This is the first I've heard of this problem though so you might consider it's quite new or perhaos relatively rare or.....?
  10. Yes.......yes it is. I'm going to go ahead and merge this with the big thread on this same topic.
  11. @dcg911, Hey, at least Zampen is trying to help. Hardly deserving of your disrespectful tone wouldn't you say? How do we know what you have tried or not? If you're not willing to accept suggestions on how you can better your situation, then what do you want from us? While I can sympathize given your situation, I don't really see the point in even trying to continue helping if this is how it will be received. As Zamoen said, good luck.
  12. ......and there goes any hope of keeping this thread constructive. Can't say I didn't try.
  13. Let's keep the discussion about the update please. Please save the rest for Off Topic or other more suitable forums.
  14. No problem. Naming & shaming is a common rule on many forums I've found. They don't allow it for several reasons and on a personal level, I'd probably suggest not calling people out like that as it may make your situation even worse. btw, if they ever did send threatening messages especially via the XB1 system and you still have it, report it. If MS is anything like Sony in that regard, they dont take harassment like that lightly. ....so with that being said, let's all keep the discussion about ways to help the OP avoid these players, blocking recommendations, reporting tips ,etc.
  15. Personalization of your character is a big element of this game. Some folks spend a lot of time and money (In-game and real cash) to buy clothes to give themselves there own unique touch. .....it's a big deal for some folks. @Kpizz2323, I would contact R* Support here: https://support.rockstargames.com/categories/115001624507?redirect_lang=en_us&_ga=2.16057398.1266527901.1554997941-1719606522.1525287356
  16. I understand your frustration. However, there is nothing we can do it about it here. What you need to do is contact R* directly. My suggestion is to first use the in-game reporting feature whenever one of these scenarios occur. Second, while I don't know how the XB1 blocking feature works (if it even does), I would suggest using it if possible. On PS4 I can block people so they can see anything about me, they can't send messages, follow me, etc. There is even some mixed information about it even working in RDO to not pair players with those they blocked. I would also look into contacting R* Support (https://support.rockstargames.com/categories/115001624507?redirect_lang=en_us&_ga=2.96152732.1023094034.1554996796-1719606522.1525287356). Let them know your situation and if you are reporting them in-game, let them know that is not working. If you are not happy with the response of the first tier rep(s), there is an option to have your case escalated. Contact MS..... Again, I don;t know how this works with your platform but you can also contact MS regarding your issue asking for their assistance in trying to block these players from your sessions, etc. I'm not claiming to have the answers to your problem nor am I suggesting if your follow the above advice that your will get a satisfactory result. .....but I will tell you that naming & shaming here will not get you anywhere. While we welcome you to stay and enjoy the site, contribute, etc., we do have rules. ....and among those rules, spamming and shaming are not allowed. I ask you now, you are more than welcome to discuss your problem @ RDR2.org but please respect our rules and our community here.
  17. I don't have time to respond right now but I will say we don't condone naming & shaming in this forum. I will be deleting your list but will be back to offer advice.
  18. I also recall there was an article or mention somewhere about this. I know it works for your character and I believe there was a specific comment about the horse too.
  19. I fixed the title for you. I don't have an answer for you though.
  20. Well then..... They aren't so hardcore then are they? We're talkin' hardocre players who have been chuggin' along since the release of RDO!!!! Seriously though.... He even admits he's not defining what hardcore is so I don't think his intent was that we read too much into that term. This is obviously just a loose discussion to see how much time players invest in this game.
  21. Good question. Perhaps @Foxtrot may know as I haven't really revisited the campaign since RDO launched. I know Fox is more in touch with that aspect of the game than I am.
  22. Ah..... There it is. Sorry, I didn't doubt you, I just didn't recall reading that. Guess it didn't stick in my mind since it was never a big issue for me as I hadn't had the problems with griefers as some have especially after the radar / blip changes.
  23. ....funny. I remember people saying the same thing about GTAO in the early days. Some still did throughout it's life and yet here we are with one of the most successful GaaS models to date in the gaming industry. I rarely buy into these kinds of prophecies from hubbub via the internet/YT. The fact is that some folks will move on from RDO while others will stay. Some folks may come back and new players will join. .....and yeah, there is that chance the game will be a failure although that could be arguable as well as many define that differently. However, if I had to put my money on the experience and track record of a company like R* (with one of the most successful GaaS models in the gaming industry) or internet naysayers to predict RDOs longevity, I'll go with the former. That's not to say that RDO will continue to grow in a direction I personally like but then again, my personal issues (or that of a group) with a game doesn't mean I believe it will fail. I've already shelved this game once and I may likely do it again in the future. ......but like GTAO, I have a feeling I'll keep returning and may even stay a while at times.
  24. I don't recall them saying that those would be removed in the Spring Update but if they are, that would be nice IMO. .....or perhaps at least make it so they are "event-only" where PvP engagements are recognized and expected. Defenders would be expecting a fight but attackers are not penalized for their aggressive actions.
