While not as active as any subreddit, this place is definitely alive. It is well moderated so most of the time you get quality over quantity. Most active users try to lend tips and share information. You've been here for less than 24 hours by the looks of it. Stick around and contribute to conversations. Good things come in time. If fast paced is more your thing, with poor moderation (the same low effort content every 2 hours) and more unmemorable usernames than memorable ones, check out the subforums on reddit, where posts you actually like will get pushed into the netherrealm in 25 minutes.

This. I forgot about that. Generally take the rule of thumb that "if there's just a smidge left, only donate a smidge" so there's no waste since animals are scarce. Load up your hunting wagon and wait

I racked up 610 Gold bars doing dailies since the Spring update. Down to 462 Gold since the Moonshiner update. Try to do at least 2 a day incase one resets

Providing your Materials bar (the top one) is empty or has space in it, you can continue to donate materials for the next Goods delivery (bottom bar). I think a full Materials bar equals 50 goods so you'll have to top it up as Cripps produces product to sell by doing resupply missions/buying a resupply or donating to Cripps. If the Materials bar is full and your Goods still haven't been sold, you can no longer donate to Cripps.

- Smaller player counts on free roam servers until the animal spawn issue is solved properly. Say 16 players max. - Matchmaking on the Maggie Fike moonshiner story missions - Speakeasy "drunk interactions" in/around all saloons and triggered by regular intoxication from beer/bourbon/whiskey/rum. - Daily challenges that count properly - Ability to own multiple dogs/pets but just choose a current "Active Companion". I like some of the other dogs available but I can't say goodbye to my goodest boi. - Moonshine delivery wagon damage buff (Currently if you cross a railroad track, river or a posse mate jumps onto the passenger seat, it damages your bottles) - Horse training at the stable to add stat bars to speed, acceleration and health which could cost $500 per bar with a max of 3 to 6 bars between all three categories depending on "tier" of the base horse. (Higher tier horses would get 3 bars, lower tier horses up to 6 bars) - A posse ability to chain multiple trader goods wagons into one caravan/sell mission if 3 or more members each have a wagon ready. More risk, more reward.

12/3/19 MOONSHINERS: A New Frontier Pursuit Coming 12/13

... So... How 'bout that mystery voucher from the first Outlaw Pass? Any guesses what it could be? A free shack? A custom skin for the Navy revolver? a new fancy hat (or other article of clothing)? What type of horse(s) do you think we'll get this time around? -
I read this thread a few days ago. I thought "Man, glad I haven't had this issue!" Then I bought a Missouri Fox Trotter and discovered he cannot climb slopes that ALL of my other horses can climb. One in particular is along the waypoint path up in Ambarino in the snow. There is no "road" per se. You're just going on faith and the minimap that you can climb the snow bank on a wild slant in that spot. I know it's only this horse in particular because twice now, I've dismissed him and called one of my other horses, a top-tier Criollo and he climbs it no problem. Also, I don't think it's the breed either. My friend has a Missouri Fox Trotter she's had for months and he can climb the slopes too. I think it's a bug with whatever your "newest" horses are. I remembered this thread after. I think I will write Rockstar Support as well. Thanks for posting this as a heads up!

12/3/19 MOONSHINERS: A New Frontier Pursuit Coming 12/13

I believe this image has a player character with the Navy revolver holstered The LeMat is technically cap and ball, yet in game it uses Revolver Cartridges. I would expect the same for the Navy revolver -

Navy revolver, hoooey! Gonna take a hell of a pistola to make me hang up my LeMat... The Navy might be it! Everything about this update has me buzzing inside -
Ahh man, and combat/weapons are disabled in these events too, right? Damn, you can't even defend yourself either! 😂 Rest in tattered pieces from being mauled repeatedly lol Cats are the worst... I love them hahaha
-
Nah, my dude, you do this right on their nose, then you can sidestep away from the death-kick OR they'll just hop and run off lol. NEVER stay in the danger zones of the back or sides 😂

yep, when you saw all those turkeys today, the player list dropped down, but it quickly filled up again and we couldn't find them anymore haha I never did get my 3 turkeys today lol

It's all dependent on server population. If there's more than 18 players in a server, the animals can basically be hunted into extinction and camps will suffer as well. Another sign of an overpopulated server is wagons with invisible drivers. There's a few things you can do to combat these issues. Start a bounty, do a trader resupply mission or start a Stranger mission and hopefully you'll get in a new server (evident by a brief black screen). You'll know it's a new server if you check the Player list and it only shows you/your posse under "Nearby". Immediately pitch your camp and it will set up with no issues. It won't be long before more players get loaded in and you'll have to do it again. Sometimes Cripps packs up your camp as soon as the server hits full player capacity. Rockstar needs to temporarily cut the player limit in half until they can iron out these issues.

Could I interest you in some Arthur's Angels? Your time matches up with most of our members Apply within the Recruitment thread linked above ^^.

A swift right-hook (Haymaker LOL) suffices nicely in these situations. He/She will get over it, eventually lol

Confirmed on PS4 as well. I use it often when hunting. L2+Square while 2-3 steps away from your horse

Stat-wise: Nacogdoches with Hooded stirrups all day, every day Looks-wise: Rattlesnake Vaquero or Fletcher (Trader saddle)

I'm proudly part of @Bucnation3139's posse and am always High Honour, but it definitely is fun to murderize a whole town of NPCs and lawmen/bounty hunters on occasion. I wish we could hold NPCs up and perhaps have a greater chance of getting loot like jewellery/collectible jewellery, tonics/antique alcohol and such from them rather than outright killing them and looting them. As far as edging on griefing, that's definitely not my bag. I won't shoot first unless there's clear ill intent on full display. This has made me snack on my fair share of lead but when I respawn, I WILL find them and I WILL get the last kill. I'm in full agreement on more "Outlaw"/"Villain" themed activities. Shaking folks down for money/protection payments, stock rustling, stick-ups (stores, NPCs, wagons, trains and banks), kidnapping (moreso than the likes of what Tammy offers where you get target and drop them off), homestead robberies. Just more chaos in towns amidst the NPCs. Maybe nearby high honour players can be notified of an incoming outlaw posse and try to defend the town, or can interrupt the chaos and kill the outlaws, thus ending the outlaw's mission.

I believe it does wear off after some time, but it does damage your health core periodically the same way extreme temperatures do. I think I was forced to have it wear off as I didn't have any ginseng once. I just kept eating snacks to top off my core.

I keep reading about this dynamic event but I've never had him show up in my camp. I really want to see him in mine though! I was with a friend the other day and he showed up for her again. She didn't have the correct meat he wanted but I did (plump bird meat) so I was able to interact with him and feed him.

Snakes definitely poison you. Perhaps a poison arrow too. In story I recall trying to use a health cure to cure it as it has ginseng in it but it didn't seem to work. Only sure way I know of is to eat a ginseng herb from your satchel, so in Online, I always keep ginseng on me.

Comment back once you do... LOL so fun 😂

Ever been tagged by one of those bad boys by a friend? Good times LOL. I keep a stack of scent glands handy just for that!

Rabbits require a Regular arrow or Varmint rifle shot to maintain quality. Small Game arrows are best used on "tiny" animals, like squirrels, chipmunks, songbirds, chickens, quail, rats, bats, bullfrogs, toads and snakes. Sometimes the Small Game arrow will merely graze your target and that will degrade their quality. You'll know if you get a light grey hit marker and see the arrow bounce off. A direct hit on the target will kill it and give you a perfect carcass, regardless of quality (except snakes, you must get a headshot on a snake) Muskrats also require Regular arrows, as I sadly found out the hard way... Cripps loves those muskrats!
