Lol yes oz is the bank of trust in our community. He and I and several others have stayed and played since last November. The hours we have in game are staggering ! Lol there has been no break for us. True rdr2o fans right here. None of us are part time players coming and going. We have rode the long ride and now can relax with all this money and gold and enjoy the update !

Lot of grinding & no glitches also got $53,000, looks like R* are changing the way the new update is going to work probably because all the gold map glitching & cougar glitching, I've got everything so got nothing to spend it on at the moment.

The bounty hunter gear looks dope. Even the twirling of your guns looks cool.

I was shocked about this. If anything I was doing the dishonorable act by accepting the Player Assassination mission from The Kid. The player wasn't the posse leader, but it one of the posse of 4. Long story short, I beat the mission, got the player the mission set up towards. The leader killed me back, then I said on the mic that it was for a mission and just hoping for a "kill for kill" kind of moment. Knowing a typical posse, you would think they would just keep shooting at you. They didn't fire a single shot when I high tailed it from them. I even used my rear-view and saw them going their own way. Kudos to whatever posse that was.

There are going to be 1,000s downloading the update in a couple days, I might wait a day or two.

Also with the "Never stopped Like" poll. There have been times I was feeling board but I would just push through. I'm an older gamer so when everyone gets upset about no weekly updates I tend to look past it. This is my first Online game so never got spoiled with expecting new things every week. I also enjoy games similar to Diablo so used to grinding. In another thread/comment someone had brought up most people do not understand coding on any level and just want things right away- I've always had that mindset. It's def hard for a company to try to appease everyone... I'd like no PVP unless structured... If you want to blast other players away play the showdowns don't try to ruin the game others want to play in free roam. Really anticipating this update, I think well all be happy. And with role tokens it's going to keep us from buying everything the day of and burned out by the next week.

Well first, I don't think you can come to any conclusions with such a small sampling of players (11 so far?). Two, you are asking folks to chose between the roles when some are obviously interested in trying all 3. Players are not going to be stuck with just one. We also don't know enough about how each class will work, the sharing of profits / rewards within posses, etc. A lot of this will affect the roles people choose. Also, the Bounty Hunter is not all about going after other players. It will be NPCs and could also include those who have a high enough bounty on their head (over $25 iirc). ......so there's really no trolling involved here and the choice is still ultimately up to the hunter whether they want to pursue real players. I still believe the Bounty Hunter will be a popular role. ......but I also think folks will be trying the others as well perhaps simultaneously like some of us here will be doing.

Im really surprised how few bounty hunters there are. All the articles online talk about it as if its the coolest one and the one thats going to grab your attention. That said this forum might have its skew. I have two hypotheses 1. People who actually play the game extensively are sick of dealing with human enemies to get money. Or 2. This forum is full of people that interact with other players and are in general social beings and the new bounty hunter role is a troll class. What do you people think? I think im going to be doing alot of bounty hunter with my friends despite this and im not gonna lie mob mentality gets ahold of me pretty easily and you might find me tying you up some day. Try your best to escape.

I'll start with collector as i always liked exploration in games and when i get the new system i'll be exploring the other 2 as well.

Just wondering how the new update will incorperate posse members because up til now theres not been alot to do. so playing with others has been needed but now most are gonna wanna run there own new roles and rank up.i wonder how rockstar have worked this one out.are peeps gonna be so helpful helping others rank up and not themselves or is it gonna be alot of put the ps4 offline for a while haha

Taking on an armed gang or bringing multiple targets to justice is made easier with the help of a Posse, who will all earn a cut of the final bounty. And keep in mind, bringing in targets alive will yield a greater reward. This is great. A good reason to join a posse now.

Sale missions are a small cut in gtav compared to the sale.and considering the amount of money in rdr2 i got a feeling it wont be huge cuts.obviously im speculating but was just curious if anyone had thoughts on the subject.reckon the trader role many will have to fill up alone and recruit to sell or as a posse help each other but i played gtav alot and from my experience people aint got the time to hunt 3 star deers and 3 star pigs and so on for someone else ranking up.tue will tell the tale and i have a whole wk off work apart from one meeting.so in gonna be fully engrosed tue morning i hope it drops.either way kean i feel optimistic about rdr2 and the future.love the game and excited about games of the future.played games for years from dizzy the egg to rdr2 and gtav.cant wait for ghost recon.things just get better despite the moaning.people just expect to much to soon.this game is a master piece of its time.i hope they keep it real,rough,and historical to the times

I suspect it may be similar to how the heists and such work in GTAVO where the cut can be determined by the leader or like the missions where the cut is essentially equal. Maybe you can get more solo and less with a posse but the latter is much easier. .....we'll just have to wait to see how all that works out.

Did you take a look in the Posse Recruitment section? You can also post a thread there yourself looking for a group or individuals to play with. Lots of folks out there you can join up with.

LOTS of Big Game Meat... I set up a camp in the swamp and it took approx. 25 big game to go from underweight to overweight... after each eating session, talk to cribbs in camp and enter wilderness outfitters then back out as the game treats this as a "save"... same for fast travel, completing a stranger mission, hideout, ambush etc... best to get a save in after all the effort

I want to be a Trader. If it turns out I don't like it, I'll go for the Collector. But Trader has always been the one that interested me the most. Also, I want a dog. lol

Getting two cards free so will have spend 15 gold out of my 600 gold bars for the trader card😂, going for the trader first, think the bounty hunter outfit will suit your caricature buckie looks awesome, Arthurs Angles rock.

Gonna run bounty hunter first ! Just love the idea of getting to hog tie bandits for a reward. Also looking at trader myself. Should be great fun !

Hello partner !!! Cheaters in RDRO are a fact but it seems like they r getting more bold every day. I just hope the new update will make cheats inactive for some time untill hackers break the code again. Hope for bans for ppl using it as well. Anyway when you want to record video evidence that just occured just tap the x box button and then x or y i dont remember exactly to record last 30 secs of the game. You can also turn on recording or make screen shots. After you have the recording on the console or live move it to one drive if you want to have acces to it via pc or tablet. Hope this helps.
