This. Don't worry about all the small details. If you want to get an intro/outro going from the gate, then do it. Use OBS and stock videos and what not to make it. There are all kinds of sites that give royalty free music and videos just don't spend too much time on this, it isn't that important.

Yeah seriously. We want to see the game get released. I am not sure what else to talk about at this point. I just want to play the darn game already.
-
Eh it is no different from what it has always been. Think back in the 70's and 80's where arcade games were big. People used to be immature over those too.

I go for runs when it is warmer out. A friend got me doing it. We go 3 days a week in the spring and summer. I want to get a dog and start going on hikes in the park. I need to exercise more for sure.

Could she be Heidi McCourt ? what do you think ?
CrabApples replied to Supergtor's topic in Red Dead Redemption 2
There is a chance since we really don't know what she looks like but I am thinking she is a new character. I don't think she ties in with the past game. -
I like the effort so I give them a solid A+ for that but much like D3x I just want the damn game. I don't plan on going back and getting invested in GTA V for things like this.

Online Store Leaks Red Dead Redemption 2 Release Date & Delay
CrabApples replied to NewsBot's topic in Red Dead Redemption 2
Yeah I hear that. It is January now and really, the extra month won't change anything. I still plan on playing the hell out of the game the first few days. I think the downside to this would be that if it doesn't come out in April, May, or June that likely means it will get pushed till September/October. -
Hmm. I would sell the collectors game, buy the bed, and borrow the used car. I got some interesting ones: A garden hose. A plunger. A lawn mower.

Such a stunning game just for the visuals. If the game is anything like MGS was and is mostly made up of story and cut scenes, I would happy still play it. Is there any word on when it will be out yet?
-
I would be disappointed if we don't see John. He has to be in the story, even if it is at the end of the story. I really don't care. I just want him to have a place in it. We all know he worked for Dutch prior to RDR so one would expect him to be in this game.

That sounds stupid to do it now. They have to wait. Some of us like to have the disc. It is bad enough you have to DL a lot of crap even with a disc in hand. Back in the old days, you pop the game in and play now we are forced to wait!

That is what I get mine from. I never had issues with copyrighting myself and I have used them for all kinds of things online. Even on Youtube. Maybe if I became famous it would be an issue or if I made a lot of money off using it which neither are the case...

What aspect of online are looking forward to the most?
CrabApples replied to riptide87's topic in Red Dead Online
I just want to screw with people. LOL I am probably one of the people you all would hate to have on a server. I will play the game and do the missions and what not but I love a good trolling. I won't just mess with anyone, I usually just give kids a hard time. You know, the ones who join a server and do nothing but whine and scream. I like to mess with them. Had fun with those kids on GTA V. Made quite a few rage quick. When they would threaten to report me, I would say "And what, tell them you aren't even of age to be playing the game?". lol -
Never seen this movie. What would you rate it over all? I might check it out if it sounds interesting enough. I would like to see if there are similarities to the RDR characters.
-
Having a black out thing would be sweet but you can't skip time online. That would have to be reserved for solo only. Unless they just ignore time all together... I mean some games have done that.
-
It is funny because I can sit here and admit how stupid it is to buy virtual clothing, guns, ect. and I am telling you guys right now, I will be one of the first to break and buy something on RDR. I tend to spend money in small amounts frequently so them introducing micro transactions is the danger zone for me.

Will there be any Black Friday/ Cyber Monday gaming deals?
CrabApples replied to ChrisCr0ss's topic in Off-Topic
I am sure there will be. Unfortunately, I am too tight on money at the moment. I had to blow through a lot of cash on bills and need the rest for gifts. I might try to find some deals on Monday for Christmas but nothing for me. -
Knowing the story line will get more focus...
CrabApples replied to YellowDragon's topic in Red Dead Online
I have a feeling they won't invest so much online this time around and yet people will still complain. That is the thing, no matter what the devs decide, there will always be a group of people, specially online, who want to complain about something in the game. -
I don't think they need to top anything in particular. They just need to deliver missions we would enjoy. I am fine with them being on the same level as the last game. Have some easy ones, some funny ones, some emotional ones, and some you want to launch your controller across the room over.
-
I am not sure about a change of heart. He seems like he will be as evil as they come throughout the game, specially working with Dutch and the gang.

I sometimes wear a chain but I do wear a smart watch most days of the week. Not big on much else. If it floats your boat, go for it. Some dudes can pull it off.

If it doesn't I would be surprised. I mean with the delay and all their testing they had the chance to do for GTA would or rather should make RDR2 the best online experience with Rockstar yet.
-
At first I was at a 10 but then I heard about us getting something on the 28th so I will calm myself and stay peaceful for now... If they give us utter crap though expect my 4 to become a 44/10.

I read somewhere (I will have to find it) that the reason they kept pushing it back was down to politics and current affairs. They wanted to make the story as current as they can and with as much thoughtful potty/raunchy humor as possible.
