I don't mind it but I think they needed it to be faster given that some of the missions are put on a "time of day" cycle and you are only able to do them according to what time it is. If they slowed it down, maybe they worried it would take people too long and end up pissing people off. lol

I enjoyed what I have played this far. I haven't done everything but I did complete the story. I don't understand though why you are so angry over these simple mechanics. It isn't meant to be like other games in the sense they just copy/pasted what other games do, it should feel different as it does.

Damn. Well, they should know better but at least some good came of it. I had no idea this even happened. So Rockstar was the ones that donated it then?

RIP offline social life... I hardly knew thee. This is insane! The amount of things we will be able to do online... RDR2 is going to take over and I bet it has a lot of other online games worried. HAHAHA!!

Isn't the Beta going live on the 6th or did I misread that? I want to give myself time to play around with it before I start going through the story again.

I am just generally most excited to see what they have done that will set it apart from GTA V. Like I know there will be a lot of things that are similar but given the feedback and tinkering they got to do, I would expect it to have some really cool new features.

I didn't do anything for Halloween. I actually intended on finishing up RDR2, taking a nap, and then going out to bonfire some mates were having but I slept through it. Woke up about 2AM and didn't feel like driving anywhere at that point. So I just popped a frozen pizza in the oven and carried on playing RDR2.

I have it... I am just not sure where I have it. I do plan on making a man cave of sorts in my office room when I move. Going to be getting a 3 bedroom apartment with my brother. The extra room will be for my office so I will likely display it with my other items on a bookshelf.

I really have no faith in people not being dicks online. I mean I am sure most will be fine but there will always be some trolls roaming around on the servers. I am worried they will come in packs. I only plan on playing with maybe 1 or 2 other people unless I hook up with some of you on here (you have to buy my dinner first).

It won't be "dead space" though. You can see that in the trailers, there is a lot of heavily populated terrain with wildlife and different weather patterns.

I have done the same, not a big deal. Welcome by the way. As for the topic... I think the details will be a lot better this time around. We can expect to create our own players but I feel like they will go in this knowing people wanted more variety. I don't think everyone looked the same because of the mechanics but because people were lazy and generally all picked the same faces and such.

After. As much as I am excited to see what they do with the online end, I can wait for it. I feel like most fans will be the same. Some will want to get online ASAP and cool for them but I think the story is worth getting my full dedication first.

If they don't end up doing a hoodie, just go on one of the sites that lets you create and sell stuff like Tee Spring or whatever and make one yourself then buy it lol

Some people would go on servers just to screw others over. I never understood that kind of crap but trolls will be trolls. I just hope it doesn't end up on RDR2. There should be some kind of protection during online missions if that is the case.

I am sure there will be more to it this time around but it won't be something they spend a lot of time focusing on. I am guessing we will see some cool new features that were not in the last one but for the most part, it will be the same just with better graphics.

I was debating on this but as mentioned, you get the best deal going through Amazon if you have Prime. They are good with getting the games out on time for the most part so I wouldn't worry about there being a delay.

I have a few questions... Does this mean we will have our own sections where anything can be discussed? Cause it sounds like we are basically being handed the horse and being told to go wild otherwise lol Also... Are these basically forum user groups? I have been part of these on other forums so I have an idea of what this may be but I could be wrong.

I am still not sure on it coming to PC but this doesn't prove or disprove anything. It was likely just a typo that was corrected. People do this all the time online.

That is so funny. I remember my parents having trouble keeping my mouth shut with surprises. You really couldn't tell me anything unless it was the day it was happening or I would spoil everything.

I was having issues with the voice chat. I messaged them about it. I don't know if it is my end or theirs but I am guessing it is them since this is still in beta form.

I didn't really catch this at all and I was paying attention. I am going to go back and look at a playthrough now because if this was the case here and they were giving off this impression, it completely went over my head.

GTA has decent stories and I didn't mind V's but to skip out on RDR2's story would be madness. I would really have to question what kind of person would be willing to pay $60 just to go to an online server without even giving the main point of the game a chance. Really, it is likely only kids that would do that.

Good eye. I didn't even notice that. I wonder how far they would take it. It would be cool for online if you can have your weapons engraved with your username or something.

I don't understand why his age is of any importance. It is the old west. I mean at long as the dude isn't a kid and not old enough to be wearing diapers again, I don't care. lol
