I could get over the cocking animations but reloading is beyond ridiculous and always has been. I didn't see a need to speed that up and actually would have preferred to see it slowed down.

Also with the Trader, the longer delivery will message the sever that you're making a delivery and will kick you out of passive mode. While the shorter delivery won't message the server & you can stay in passive mode. With the bounties, as you rank up you will see the Rewards have more dollar signs. Novice level you will see Reward $ next tier up you will see Rewards $$ & so one. To get the max payout & xp, capture the bounty alive & walk into the sheriffs office with 30 seconds or less on the timer. Same method as for stranger missions. Some bounties you will have to capture 2 or 4 total bounties which will give you more money & xp too.

@Anarchtheist, You may as well tell people what exactly the secret(s) is. Anyone who wanders into this thread will know there are spoilers ahead after reading the first post. If they wish to read further, then it's their choice. We don't care if people share spoilers as long as they are tagged and /or folks are given fair warning which they already have here. I suspect some are starting to feel like they are being trolled at this point so maybe now is the time to show your cards?

So to my surprise...They added cute little doggos for your camp but do they do more than sit beside your tent and being petted? Can they leave camp with you or did I just waste $330 on a camp dog?

Well, my internet kicked in and I tried out some of the new material... I started up cripp’s trading co., got my bounty license, bought my collector kit from the gypsy girl and joined the wheeler elite club or whatever it’s called (I knew all that gold I’d been hoarding would come in handy). My first impression of the new roles, I love them. They’re just passively there adding a purpose behind everything you do. Cripps takes your hunting odds and ends and at some point fills his wagon for you to deliver. I made $68 for a long delivery. bounties are available all over. Just pick a poster and go catch one if you feel like it. I haven’t done much for the collector yet, but once you start a collection (in my case eggs)it starts out like a treasure map. Then in your travels if you nearanother item, you are prompted to go investigate../ going back to the survey pole, I’m officially changing my answer to ‘dabbling in all three. I like the new feel.

The ability to change your character’s appearance without resetting progress You access it by going to the online menu (left d-pad IIRC) and it should be under online options (change appearance).

It seems you can now multitask a bit while doing collector jobs sometimes random events pop up

Not a fan of digital titles either. Sometimes, you don't have a choice, like when Broforce was released on PSN, or they made Friday the 13th: the Game the free game of the month on PS+. Otherwise, I want the disc. At least with a disc, if the game sucks, I can get a refund within 30 days, or trade it in for something (even if the value of the trade itself is terrible, something is better than nothing).

We didn't get a lot of time with the new mechanics and to be honest, a good bit was spent on trying to get used to the controls again. However, I dig the new roles so far and can see this adding more activities to keep me busy. We hooked up with the trader and collector roles and bounty will be next. .....the latter seems like it might be the most exciting of the 3 but I can still see plenty of value in the other 2. I like some of the changes to the animations except for the reloads. I thought those needed to be slowed down, not sped up. Still getting used to the damage adjustments as we weren't really in any firefights except a quick one (random event on the side of the road). Hope to delve in a little deeper tonight.

Makes sense. I'm not sure if you're aware, but there's different sections on the forum for Story and Online modes, I've moved this one to the appropriate section.

Definately unfair advantage.maybe not to those who dont grief but those who do have ruined it for others.gonna have to keep eyes on the little radar like the rest of us haha.that safety net has gone from the app.

I feel like the news cocking animations are so unrealistic. i mean, nobody can cocking/reload a bolt-action rifle so fast. so what is wrong with the old reload/cocking aniamtions? was there anyone who dislike the old animation?

That's odd. I just did both in the game - went into the stables and had the option to sell one of my horses that are stabled there. And then I camped out of town and had the ability to craft both kinds of snake oil. You're talking about "Collector Role". So you're playing Online? This might have different rules than Story mode.

I meet more friendly players than griefers.u just have to not let them bother you and know when to walk away from them as they will carry on and on as they have nothing better to do or cant play the game right.still play with a couple of players to this day from last xmas time i just met on the marshlands in bluewater.shouldnt let idiots ruin your fun.i can handle the game solo or if you cant play solo, posse up.its more fun with people but im finding this update pushing alot of players solo at the min.either trying to work the update out or not willing to take a lesser cut so they take longer to rank up in the roles.seems to be a race going on to rank up haha.

Both are brave, strong and fast but the Turkoman is a bit more elegant and taller, go for the Turkoman, you wont regret it

I'll take a hard pass on this. I get what they are doing and I am sure it will appeal to some people but I can't see them taking over the gaming industry. It will become a horrible meme if anything.

I found her initially she has an icon on the map, but once you go see her it disappeared and now I cant find her. So, I started both the bounty hunter and trader then I went and saw the gypsy lady and she gave me something to go look for, I had to go to three spots on the map and find these cards, now after I have done that, I cant find her, she isn't on the map anywhere. There is a daily challenge that says Sell x number of items to Madam Nadar, or whatever her name is, BUT I don't know where she is. Where does she go after your first encounter with her? Has anyone else tried this yet, or has anyone done today's daily challenge to sell her an item? I just gave up for now, figured I woudl take a break and post to see if anyone can help me find her. Thanks for any information Lump UPDATE:: So, I found this on GTA forums. "There is a bug where Madam Nazar will not appear on the map but she will still be there if you go to her location in-game:" So I found my answer but I think maybe it is a good idea to leave this up for others, anyone who does the first mission for her is going to have the same issue.

I started collecting got to the 3rd map it glitched out then the lady and my map disappeared. She is not even on the map. Also noticed that ican only choose Bounty Hunter on the title screen.
