riptide87
There isn't a whole lot we can go off of right now so base it on how GTA V played online and assume RDR2 will be similar but with horses instead of cars. What aspects of the online side are you looking most forward to and why?
Archbell
Forming a posse with my pals and roaming the plains evading the Law and killing other players, I'm hoping it's not too similar to GTA Online because I don't wanna see any Passive Mode BS but I look forward to seeing what they bring over from Red Dead Redemption's Multiplayer as well as what new features they add. jACKx
Just generally enjoying the experience with friends. I am sure it will have a nice GTA V feel to it but with its own personality. It will be great to just have more this time around. The last one's online play grew stale too fast for me.
mizTik
The part where we know what the heck the story is about. lol I can't answer this. No one even knows anything about the game outside of it looking cool. I hope we get some news here soon.
elmZ
Being able to play. Like seriously. I am itching for it. GTA V does nothing for me anymore. I tried to play it a few weeks ago and lost interest in 20 minutes. I need something new and fresh. I think that over-all it will be better than GTA online as they had time to see what works and what doesn't.
Rithx
Holding off in a building with my friends getting public enemy. Grand Theft Auto you couldn't really do this because there was hardly any open building and if you were in a building someone would just shoot a rpg in the door and spawn kill you in a tank you can't destroy

Like what was the point of having a major city when you couldn't actually go into most of the buildings.
liquidfire
Simple, just playing with friends. I love a good western game and loved playing RDR's online end. I know it lacked but it was still a lot of fun with friends.

GTA was fun, but got boring after a while. RDR never got boring, I love it. Myself, I'm looking forward to seeing what aspects will be improved. For instance, the horses...countless times I've tried to get on my horse in a hurry, and as soon as I get 4 feet from behind him, he takes off another 25-30 feet and then when I get back to him, he does it again. I'm hoping the overall experience online is better, and I am super confident it will be.

Even being just like GTA V but with the Western aspect, it would be an improvement. Either way, it is going to be as good at GTA V online or better. tadp0le
I just want to see what they do really. I know a lot of what they did in GTA V will likely make it to RDR2 given the online game-play will be fairly similar but I am looking forward to the new things. I know they will be adding in new features, just not sure what yet.
Nega
Basically just cruising around in a fully open world that I can play the way I want to. Just enjoyin the sights and specializing in the jobs I want to achieve to progress. Of course tho I'd love to rampage guns blazing a with others. I'm just eager for GTA Online's openness not seen elsewhere in the wild west setting. Don't forget about playing as a sexy cowgirl
ZLion
General exploring and completing missions. I don't care so much about achievements but I do enjoy doing everything there is to do in a game.
CrabApples
I just want to screw with people. LOL I am probably one of the people you all would hate to have on a server. I will play the game and do the missions and what not but I love a good trolling. I won't just mess with anyone, I usually just give kids a hard time. You know, the ones who join a server and do nothing but whine and scream. I like to mess with them. Had fun with those kids on GTA V. Made quite a few rage quick. When they would threaten to report me, I would say "And what, tell them you aren't even of age to be playing the game?". lol
DarkShark
I am not really fixed on any aspect, I just want to play it and experience it. I am sure it will have a GTA V online vibe to it at its core and that is fine. What I want to see is how it compares and how much they have improved online game play in 4 years. He does this on other games too with kids. He likes putting them in their place when he knows they shouldn't be playing a mature game. lol
GatoNegro
Just general game play really. I will likely just stick to the missions. Might pick up a few other guys a long the way. I don't mind playing with randoms online so long as they are mature.

Kean_1
I'm looking forward to play the game offline solo and also online with one or two of my good friends. I'd have to hear more details / confirmations regarding the game's content to make any specific remarks about what in particular I would be most excited about though. Same for me. I am generally excited for the game but for a specific thing, I can't say. The details of the game are stunning and the cut scenes look great but that is all we have right now. The difference in this case I would say is that considering this is a Rockstar game, I am more confident that it will deliver. ....as opposed to a game from (for example) Ubisoft where although I may like the title, they always seem to disappoint me at some level. Nemecsis
Of all of the things I'm looking forward to, GTA made me think of the snow lobbies in Red Dead Online. If they do that, imagine how great it's gonna look...
Reyes
Mini games. They stepped up their game keeping GTA interesting with them and I can bet it will be 100x's more fun in an old west setting with horses.

Reyes
Yeah that would make sense. Even if they have a lot to do right out the gate, releasing it in small doses help refresh the game every 3 or so months which is what I think they will be aiming for again. They did a decent job keeping GTA online going for a lot of people.
