Do you do your own sauces and rubs?

Indeed. I have separate rubs for beef and pork, and a whiskey sauce that will knock yer socks off. (Not that the meat NEEDS it, of course . . . )

Fine, just send some to me! lol

Fine. I will smoke a 15 pound brisket, wrap it up, slap a label on it and write "TRUTH" on it, then stick it in the mailbox. Happy??

Don't forget to write "rush" on the package so it will get here sooner!

I live in Tombstone AZ. My wife and I run a website designed to help visitors to our town get the most out of their trip. She also publishes a monthly newsletter that deals with a different aspect of Old West history particularly as it relates to Arizona and/or Tombstone. I invite anyone interested to sign up! It's totally free of course!

I'm originally from Manchester, England, but now I live on Koh Samui, Thailand

Me in north Italy.

Koh Samui ? WOW ! I was there in 1997, very nice place. And rented a small motorbike to go round the island, as well as entering the inside. Beautiful.

Is it still ok or has it become a mess "IBIZA style" ?

ciao

Frozen northwest US here,  warmed up enough to snow an inch or so and melt that off yesterday, now it's single digits and a frozen ice mess on the roads :)

I live in a town in Eastbelgium, which has been part of Germany and then Belgium again, so many speak german and/or french here. I got the chance to be raised by parents speaking different languages fluently (german and french), so this makes me trilingual (if i add the english language).

I grew up in St Louis until I was 6, then we moved up to Traverse in Michigan.  Moved out at 18 and now I've lived in Detroit ever since.

Wisconsin... or somewhere in Antarctica.  I'm not really sure anymore.

I take it you guys are getting plowed by the snow storms too? Going to be freaking freezing the next few days over here in PA. Like what the heck is going on? I like the cold and all but not when it is -25 degrees!

We received about a foot of snow Monday and now the wind chills are sitting at -54 degrees.  Today is the worst of it and tomorrow will be a little "warmer", but still way below zero.  We will thaw out Saturday with a nice 37-42 degrees (positive!).

Currently live in Michigan. Heart is in the South.

Move to Hazel Park.

It's just like Kentucky but with more trailer parks.
