First thing I do when I spawn in is go left on D pad and see how many are in that server , if 20 or more you won't see any animals. If your lucky enough to get an empty one ( no players ) get that hunting wagon out quick and fill it. Turning off matchmaking in 9nline settings seems to slow down players entering that server.
