So they are going to beef up the game for Xbox now? I don't understand this. Like clearly PS won the perks of the game's release so now Xbox will just have the overall better game or something?

I think this is just Xbox's way... Or rather Microsoft's way of undercutting Sony. This kind of stuff happens all the time. It won't be noticeably different at all to us.

I don't pay attention to the console wars anymore. They will always do stuff like this. I am on PS myself but I was on Xbox before this so I am a fan of both for different reasons. I never buy based on game perks.

I'd buy that if they sold it as a poster. Looks really nice. I like how it is just a saturation of red with the bold white font. Really nice to look at. Imagine it framed.

Same. I was once one of those diehard fanboys that would act like anyone who didn't like what console I used was the enemy. Fun times. lol I just don't think it is anything to concern yourself with. If you have a PS4, focus on the exclusives you get. If you have an X One, then be happy you have something "new" to look forward to.

When do they usually unveil the actual finished cover for the game? Won't that be happening soon? I think the last one was a good 3 or 4 months out.

Going to be a sad day when they do go with pure digital releases especially as far as console games are concerned (no more resale value or just letting your friends/family have a play through with your copy).

That sounds stupid to do it now. They have to wait. Some of us like to have the disc. It is bad enough you have to DL a lot of crap even with a disc in hand. Back in the old days, you pop the game in and play now we are forced to wait!

I'm not a fan of the cover art as it stands right now so I wouldn't care if it went digital or not. I tend to only care when the covers are really detailed and done nicely. I like to get them as posters as well. I have about 7 of them. Plan on getting frames and hanging them in my gaming room when I buy a house.

That was last edited over a year ago. I don't think they kept up with any of it. Best to just ignore anything it says. This was before we knew Arthur was in the game as well as Dutch.

Anyone consider Arthur not actually being in Dutch's gang? Like he is just someone who happens to know Dutch, maybe his brother or cousin or something? I seen someone talking about this and it made me wonder. We really didn't get a clear answer.

Just looked now myself and it looks like a BS site, listing system requirements for RDR2 on PC already when as you've said it hasn't even been announced for PC yet.

The nerve of some people man. I was on a gaming forum back in 2014 that ended up getting shut down. Near the end, we had so many people on there advertising horrible scam sites be it for video games or just porn. In a way, it is a good thing because they are noticing this place is pretty active and wanting to advertise their crap. It is still a pain in the butt to deal with tho.

Yeah no biggie. People do that all the time for new games and then never bother to keep up with it once they realize it isn't being released on time.

We been getting hit with some snow the last few weeks. Making me wish the game came out this year. Last few winters seemed mild and naturally the year I have to wait for a game to come out and have nothing else going on, I get dumped on.

There is always RDR2 *fingers crossed* 

I find I am more of a PC guy these days yet the only thing keeping me current with consoles is down to games that don't release on PC or suck on PC.

I'd also love a PC version but I'd even accept a console version with mouse and keyboard support at least for the shooting, I'm just useless with the thumbsticks and I hate the idea of having to rely on auto-aim or aim "locks" of some kind. Lately with GTA V I've been really loving the driving with the controller and the shooting with the keyboard, it really is well done and I'd love something similar in RDR2 even if it does stay exclusive to consoles.
